That’s why Digital Ox chose to work with Biskit, to help them create a plan for growth, in this fast growing and highly competitive market.

Edward from Biskit originally met some of the Digital Ox team on a Leadership Development course that Biskit were delivering for North Lincolnshire Council. When the course finished, the team asked Biskit to help them implement a new strategy, and support their longer term growth.

One of the first things that stood out when we met the Digital Ox team, was the enthusiasm from every team member. They loved their business and wanted to play a role in future development.

This was a great foundation from which to ask everyone ‘what’s your vision?’  ‘Where do you really want to go?’

This is a tough question for most companies, as leaders often don’t have the time to develop a plan, and their teams don’t have the time or direction to gather insights, from which they can make a choice.

Business Overview

Digital Ox specialise in helping individuals and companies from across the world, maximise their online presence. They achieve this through generating new content to build brand profile, whilst removing negative content. 

As a relatively young company in a high growth area, there are multiple options available for rapid growth.

Project Overview

One of our first tasks was to work with the senior leadership team, and help them identify their vision for the business, and the key pillars needed to support it.

Working over several sessions, we took a dual approach to this challenge, working with the senior leaders and their teams, to create a combined vision, mission and values statement.

The broader team undertook this task so well, that the majority of their suggestions were adopted.

We then worked with the leadership team, to finalise the business pillars and create a timeline to deliver the vision.

We’re now in the process of co-mapping all of the strategic tasks with the leadership team, and supporting them with the implementation.
