Performance Lighting, founded in 2018,  is a UK LED lighting distributor, working with national chains and independents. The business focuses upon high quality products, superb service and excellent product knowledge. 

Project Elements

At Biskit, we believe in creating lasting legacies. We don’t just focus on immediate fixes but also work on enhancing leadership and mindset skills. This included redeveloping their team appraisal system and creating a skills development plan. Improving internal communication was another priority. We introduced regular team briefings to keep everyone informed and energised, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Our efforts are already yielding significant results. We’re halfway through the strategic task plan, and Performance Lighting has seen substantial improvements in sales and marketing focus. There’s a renewed belief in the company vision, and we’re assisting in recruiting new marketing talent to support their strategy.

We’re also implementing a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan to strengthen Performance Lighting’s engagement with employees, the community, and industry. Additionally, our tactical marketing campaigns have delivered excellent ROI, bolstered by an investment in CRM software. We’re working on Quality Roadmaps, including Product Development roadmaps, to ensure ongoing excellence.
