We had a real cross-section in the room, including leading agencies, not for profit, housing associations and even SME premium car dealerships.
The importance of having a Digital Strategy cannot be underestimated, so this was the focus of our first session. Incremental changes to email marketing, websites or seo can only take a brand so far.
It’s the core strategy behind these changes that create real sustainable value for business and customers alike.
