It’s not often we get the chance to work locally, so when Parkes & Co approached us for a brand redesign… we jumped at the chance.

With lots of local knowledge, a great reputation and a wide range of properties under management… we had a lot of great stuff to work with.

REFRESHING THE BRAND

After a scope meeting, Biskit came up with the essence of the Parkes brand. Approachable, fresh, modern and distinctive… we came up with a new brand identity that carried across signage, their website, business cards and property information.

Many months after completing the work, it’s still great to drive into the office and see our newly designed signs around Otley!
