Lovely to see Marta from Quality Bearings Online in the office

We have worked with Quality Bearings Online now for several years. As a fast growing international exporter, they face many challenges from website development and country based customisation, SEO, adapting to different cultures and buying processes, plus internal employee development.

Over recent years, we’ve seen them enter and win many regional awards for Exporting, and we’re especially excited to see them become shortlisted for Employer of the Year awards… all part of their longer term development.

It made a really nice change to have Marta, International Marketing Manager, visit our Otley office last week. We got the chance to bounce around lots of ideas, discuss customer retention programmes and new ways of attracting customers from different markets.

Our biscuit cupboard was literally empty though by the time Marta left.
