IOD – Social Event Leeds

Phill was talking through the concept of Financial Wellbeing, and what it means to both employees and employers, and what role employers might play in supporting this.

Phill was also discussing how financial wellbeing needs to be considered as part of an overall approach to employee wellbeing, and how some companies are choosing to tackle this.
